HELLO, I’M SANDRA

I’m a traditional acupuncturist, working in Winchester. I offer treatments for a variety of health conditions – whether it be for specific pain, illness, mental or emotional well-being or just general relaxation. Acupuncture is effective either alone or alongside Western medicine and for people of any age.
I am conveniently located at the Buttercross Suite at The Friarsgate Practice on Stockbridge Rd, Weeke.

ABOUT ME
Having benefitted from acupuncture myself, for me the thousand year traditions of Chinese Medicine have always felt like an empirically unique human way of practicing medicine – working closely with the already inherent capacity of the body’s natural ability to heal.
TRAINING
I graduated with a first-class degree from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. The College is accredited by Kingston University London, and enjoys an international reputation. I am qualified in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Five Element (5E) and Japanese Toyohari Acupuncture and am therefore able to offer treatments from across each tradition. My training also extends to Traditional Chinese Medicine adjunct therapies of moxibustion, cupping and guasha.
PROFESSIONAL
I am a fully insured member of the British Acupuncture Council, the professional body for acupuncturists in the UK. Accreditation requires extensive training, compliance with stringent Codes of Professional Conduct and Safe Practice, as well as mandatory continuing professional development. My practice is also registered with the local authorities.

INITIAL CONSULTATION: £65
A detailed case history, incorporating an acupuncture treatment (1.5 hrs)

FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT: £50
Subsequent appointments are 60mins

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give 24 hours notice. Missed appointments will incur a 50% charge.
